What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is an alternative therapy that creates positive change in your life, mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. It can be used in the treatment of many different health conditions. Whether there are physical symptoms, mental health struggles, emotional problems or a combination of each.

The reason that hypnotherapy can be used for such a wide range of symptoms is because it allows access to the root cause that is responsible for a problem. Hypnotherapy is able to change patterns of thought, behaviour and emotional response. It does this by reaching the parts of ourselves that are suffering within us.

Problems centre around a part of ourselves with a particular emotion and a belief attached to it as the result of a difficult or traumatic experience. Often, these experiences occur in the early childhood years of a person's life and present as a recurring theme throughout adult life. Hypnotherapy can take you deep enough to address these core imprints and when you can do that you are in a place of creating the changes that you want to see in yourself.
